I have always found it quite difficult to decide on what to write “about me”. It is my hope that the following section will give you an idea of my personality, my background and what drives me to do the work that I do. For details on the methods I use, please check the “Services & Prices” section.
Well, to start off, I’m Nadja, a life coach (/ psychological advisor) and hypnotherapist living in Athens, Greece.
I was born and raised in beautiful Namibia, studied accounting in South Africa, worked in financial auditing in Namibia for a few years and then moved to Luxembourg to work as an accountant for another few years. It took me quite a while to realise that the corporate environment was just not suited for me and that the career was slowly dimming the unique spark I could offer the world. So things had to change.
When I moved to Greece for love in mid-2020 I also decided it was time to change careers, in order to be more aligned with my own path and passion …. helping others find their own path and seeing their own unique spark they have to offer the world. Wholeness for my clients would be my ultimate goal.
I have also been inspired by Namibia’s wide, still and open landscapes and try to incorporate that feeling into my sessions. My hope is that this creates a safe and open space for the expression of all emotions.
But what am I like as a person?
I have been described as being kind, wise and as a good listener. I leave that up to you to decide whether you agree or not.
Mostly I like to describe myself as being funny, rebellious, an INFP and someone who holds herself to high standards and is in relentless search of the truth of life.

The pricing is the same for all methods, because I use an integrated approach to my coaching, meaning that one session could incorporate specific coaching tools, hypnosis, some NLP, etc all in one.

Life Coach (/ psychological advisor)
A psychological advisor is a professional who provides support and guidance to individuals who are dealing with emotional, mental, or behavioral issues. The role of a psychological advisor may include assessing clients’ needs, identifying problem areas, providing advice (if asked for), and developing action plans. – We will work together to fully understand your current issue and will use a number of fun and insightful tools to help you deal with/ integrate/ reframe/ etc. that issue.
Time Line Therapy™
Time Line Therapy™ is a therapeutic approach created by Tad James in the 1980s. It is based on the belief that our unconscious mind stores memories in a linear way, creating a “time line” of our life experiences.
Through Time Line Therapy™, we can gently guide the unconscious mind towards its goals, remove limiting beliefs and negative emotions and receive deep insights and teachings linked to our past. It is a very powerful, yet gentle and efficient method that creates lasting change.
Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a natural state of heightened awareness and relaxation in which the mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions and changes. It can be used to help individuals overcome a variety of issues, such as stress, anxiety, and unhealthy habits. During hypnosis, the individual remains in control and can emerge from the trance state at any time. It is a safe and effective tool for improving overall well-being and achieving personal goals.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
NLP is based on the idea that language and behavior are interconnected and that by changing our language and thought patterns, we can change our behavior and improve our lives. The ultimate goal of NLP is to help individuals achieve their full potential and lead more fulfilling lives. – To put it simply, NLP is how to use language to change our neural pathways and therefore our behaviours to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes. It helps us model and embody excellence, i.e. the best version of ourselves.

I graduated with both my undergraduate and postgraduate degree in financial accounting at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
Then, when it was time to decide on which institution to study life coaching from, the clear winner was sgd, a German distance learning school. They provided me with a very strong and deep foundation for my coaching practice. For the practical applications I attended and passed the presence coaching seminar through Dr. Migge-Seminare that further cemented my knowledge as well as flesh out finer inter-personal skills.
